Women of Westchester Reunion

When I first moved to the NY area, one of the things that attracted me most to the office was the great people that were in the Westchester office. Since then, we lost one to the publishing industry, one to motherhood and one to Beantown--I am the last remaining woman of Westchester! However, we all got together with our families to reconnect and catch up. It was great being together--here are some pics (you can see the sheer volume of my belly in these pics as well:-))



Only 24 days left to go...I am definitely ready to have the little guy start to move towards the exit! We have CPR this week, then this weekend we have the Wheeler's baby shower and when we come back from the shower, my parents will officially live in CT!!

30 Days Left!

So with only 30 days left to go, I am ready to give the little guy his eviction notice. It is such a different experience to have something inside of you that is taking up so much room. Sleeping is not an option, which is mainly because you can never get into a comfortable position and when you finally do, it is time to go to the bathroom again. I think that it is preparing me for having the little guy waking me up to eat after he is out. The toughest part is the traffic and commute right now--sitting in the car for that long leads to some cramping all over. I need to have at least two more weeks at work, so everyone keep your fingers cross for two weeks early:-)

Why the commute is worth it.

Although cold & windy, it was a beautiful day in Fairfield today. Ali & I decided to head down to the beach to enjoy the weather.

Thanks to everyone who came out for the Bar-B-Que despite the bad weather. It was great to see everyone. Below are some pics of the festivities. There was some baby wrestling, a Guitar Hero competition (who knew Jimmy & Erin would clean up), and of course the Birthday celebration for Julie & Emily.

So the other day I asked Amy Howard if I was ever going to get a good night's sleep again...she let me in on the fact that she hadn't really slept for 15 months! Typically between 7-10am I am comatose right now, then I get some energy back and can make it through the day. For all of you that have been asking for a belly shot, here it is--only one month and 3 weeks to go...51 days...
